Cougar Engineering was founded by Taher Tayabali, a chemical engineer from the University of Houston with experience in the oil and gas and chemical industries. He is supported by Mufaddal Motiwala of Mach Engineering in Houston, Texas, who brings more than 30 years of experience in the design and fabrication of process equipment.
